Step 1
Baseline Metabolism & Body Composition Testing
(1 hour, $240)
We start with your numbers with two tests - how your body burns energy, what it’s made of, and what it needs to function at its best.
By understanding your baseline and tracking progress over time, we help you achieve the best results your body is capable of. This is about working smarter - with personalized data that empowers your strategy.
Test #1: Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test measures how many calories your body needs at rest, using precise, lab-grade breathing analysis.
Test #2: Body Composition Analyzer breaks down your body’s makeup, including lean mass - so your dietitian can determine the optimal protein intake for your goals. It’s the foundation of your macro strategy.
You’ll leave your session with detailed results from both tests - and expert interpretation from a registered dietitian to help you apply it right away.
Step 2
Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment with Nutrient Analysis
(1 hour, $220)
Before your session, you’ll fill out an intake form and log your meals using our tracking app, which includes a photo-based option to keep things quick and realistic. This transforms into detailed macro- and micronutrient data which your dietitian will review.
Once you know your numbers, we focus on fueling your body with the right nutrition to support your goals. Without optimal intake - especially protein - it’s difficult to build lean muscle or lose body fat, no matter how hard you train.
During your appointment, we’ll review your current intake, and pinpoint what’s supporting your progress - and what’s not.
You’ll walk away with practical recommendations, tailored tips to apply, and the reasoning behind every change - so you’re equipped to make confident, lasting improvements.

Follow-Up Nutrition
Personal Training Sessions
& Regular Re-Tests
(10-60 minutes, $100-220)
Stay on track with follow-up sessions, body composition and metabolic re-tests. These checkpoints help you monitor progress, make targeted adjustments, and ensure your nutrition keeps pace with your goals.
Quick body composition re-tests ($100) track changes in lean mass, body fat, and overall progress. For deeper support, 30-minute and 60-minute sessions ($190 and $220, includes body composition re-test) allow your dietitian to review your intake, troubleshoot challenges, and fine-tune your plan.
Want to align your training with your nutrition? Personal training sessions are available at $190 per hour - ideal for reinforcing performance goals with individualized coaching.

The Gold Standard Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) breathing test shows exactly how many calories your body burns at rest - no formulas, no estimates. The Indirect Calorimetry method we use is the Gold Standard in scientific metabolism testing.
This is paired with a Body Composition Analysis to see what’s changing beneath the surface: fat, muscle, and water mass. With real data in hand, our dietitians set personalized targets for your calories, protein, and macros - so you can fuel your body with clarity and confidence.

Many extended health care plans and health spending accounts cover Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist services. All services are provided by Registered Dietitians and are eligible for reimbursement if your plan includes dietitian or nutritionist coverage.
Insurance receipts are available upon request. For packages, full payment is made upfront, and individual receipts are issued after each session. Receipts can then be submitted to your provider for reimbursement.
Dietitian services may also be claimed as a tax-deductible medical expense on your income tax return.

I have always been active and train diligenty, but always have struggled with understanding my body and what it needs. I sought out Eatuitive to increase my knowledge. From the start my wife and I had a good connection with the team. They really give you their all, and have the credential as a dietician and fitness trainer. Michael and Evelyn obviously walk the talk and so they have both practical and scientific advice. Advice is simple but makes sense. After just 2-3 weeks, even though the scale hasn’t budged much we are both sleeping better and have much better energy throughout the day. This is huge as we were always struggling with our energy levels. Then I re-tested at ~2 months and my body fat dropped by 3-4% while gaining 3 lb muscle. This really blew my mind as I feel like I’m eating more than ever and not even trying as hard as I used to. Turns out I was way undereating before by following the conventional 2000 calorie per day “average” and I need more like 3000 calories.
