Founder, Registered Dietitian & Testing Specialist
I earned my degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta. I didn’t plan on becoming a dietitian - pharmacy was the original goal - but I ended up in nutrition after an elective course opened my eyes to the science behind food and its real-world impact.
Ironically, while studying nutrition, I was struggling with stress and weight gain. It wasn’t until my internship, working directly with clients, that I realized I needed to walk the talk. I started small - 30-minute walks - then jogging - and eventually climbing, hiking, and cycling. That shift transformed my energy, mindset, and confidence.
I started Eatuitive in a tiny office with second-hand resting metabolic rate and body comp machines and a drive to bring real-world impact to what I’d learned in school. No fluff - just data, clarity, and results. I was frustrated by how much of our training never showed up in practice. Clients weren’t impressed by credentials - they wanted change they could feel.
That mindset still guides our work. I believe in coaching clients with strategy and precision - not generic advice. Food is just one tool - we also focus on how people move, recover, and perform in their daily lives.
Eatuitive is built on real results - not fads. Our team blends clinical skill with practical coaching, helping people take ownership of their health in ways that fit real life.
If you're ready to stop guessing and start leading your health with intention, we’re here for that.

Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer & PCOS Specialist
My name is Michelle Capicio, and I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), Personal Trainer and PCOS Specialist at Eatuitive Nutrition. One of the many reasons I became interested in dietetics is because of my background working as a personal trainer. I know that it’s difficult to build muscle without proper recovery and nutrition, which is why I continued my education to understand exactly how food affects body composition.
For my education, I attended the University of Alberta and obtained a BSc in Biology and Psychology, as well as a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science (dietetics). I also have a personal training certification through Canfitpro and am a MedFit Longevity Lifestyle & Fitness Specialist.
I take a holistic approach in helping my clients by taking the time to understand all the various factors that impact the way they eat. I teach self-compassion and offer a listening ear to support people during their health journeys. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential by helping them develop lifelong skills. I love to watch people become more confident in themselves and feel as though they can take on any of the challenges to reach their health goals.
Specialities:
From my own personal struggles with PCOS and hormonal changes, I’ve developed an interest in women’s health. I understand the frustration of not knowing why or how certain parts of the body store more body fat than in other areas.
I also believe that nutrition is not only about aesthetics - I am more passionate about health and wellness, and I like to encourage these two in the context of Longevity. I like helping people discover how nutrition and physical activity can help them age well and maintain their functional capacity. Over time we run the risk of losing our muscle and strength with age if we don’t prioritize exercise and protein.
